Customer Induced Damage (CID) and/or Out of Warranty (OOW) motherboard repair policy notice:
For replaceable CID/OOW motherboard: If you agree with the motherboard material price (paying with the full price of replaced motherboard) for repair, the defective motherboard will be returned to you.
For repairable CID/OOW motherboard: If you agree with ASUS GreenCycle program for motherboard repair price (please note that the repair may be subject to the availability of spare parts and motherboard), then you agree to transfer the ownership of defective motherboard to ASUS or ASUS Service Partner (ASP).
Motherboard Availability: Please note that the repair is subject to availability of the same motherboard.
Fees and charges: In cases where ASUS returns the product to you without GreenCycle Program, certain fees such as diagnosis, shipping, and handling fees may still apply according to local regulations.
Special Price Replacement Warranty: For motherboards replaced at a special price, ASUS provides a 3-month part warranty and a 1-month repair warranty. The warranty is subject to specific terms and conditions, which can be discussed with the service centre executive.
Quotation Validity: The quotation price provided by an ASUS authorized partner (ASP) is applicable for 7 days.
