Warranty for Replaced Motherboard: ASUS provides a 3-month warranty for the swap motherboard.
Swap Motherboard: If the motherboard is agree to pay the full price for a swap or repair motherboard, the defective motherboard will be returned to you. By agreeing to this, you are also agreeing to transfer the ownership of the defective mainboard to ASUS or an Authorized Service Partner (ASP).
Motherboard Availability: Please note that the repair is subject to the availability of the same motherboard.
Fees and Charges: In cases where ASUS returns the product to you without Green Cycle Program, certain fees such as diagnosis, shipping, and handling fees may still apply according to local regulations.
Special Price Replacement Warranty: For motherboards replaced at a special price, ASUS provides a 3-month part warranty and a 1-month repair warranty. The warranty is subject to specific terms and conditions, which can be discussed with the service centre executive.
Quotation Validity: The quotation price provided by an ASUS authorized partner (ASP) is applicable for 7 days.
